Refund Policy

In July 2025, The Slow Cyclist is selling t-shirts and caps as part of our 10 year fundraiser. All profits - approximately £7 from each item - will go to charity.

Items in our online shop will be available to order until 31st July 2025. All orders will be shipped by the 14th August. This means that there will be a short wait for your item, but this will help us to reduce fulfilment costs, and therefore increase the money going to our chosen charities.

If you wish to swap your item for a different size or colour, please contact us. Although we cannot promise a replacement, we will offer an alternative if possible. In this case, we will ask you to cover the cost of returning the item.

Of course, should you discover any faults with your items, please let us know and we will cover the postage costs for return and either replace or refund the item, depending on stock available.​
